This article explains how to prepare a batch of publications in order to import them and associate them to a library offer.
Batch importation is done through the interface, using an Excel file.
The format of this file is predefined (see the template below). Each row represents a publication to be imported, and each column a field to be filled in with the information expected by the platform.

Defining the data
Enter in the template file, for each publication to be imported, the expected information according to the following definition.

When the data is ready, save a copy of your file in CSV format with UTF-8 encoding and semicolon (;) field separator. Most spreadsheets offer this option under File > Save As.
Importing data
The file is now ready to be imported into the platform via the Import button on the Publications tab.
