Preparing the importation folder

The importation folder is a folder you create on your computer in which you place files that are to be batch imported.

To make sure that an importation folder is accepted by the platform, proceed as follows:

1. Create a new folder on your computer.

2. Put the metadata file containing the publications to be imported in that new folder.

3. Add any attachments you wish (PDF, EPUB, JPG, etc.).
   

The size of each file to be imported must not exceed 150 MB.

4. Compress this folder (in ZIP format)

The total size of the compressed importation folder must not exceed 500 MB.
