Managing your catalogue

In the platform, you manage your catalogue from two main sections: Publications and Dashboard.

The Publications section is where you are automatically redirected when you log on to the platform. It is the nerve centre of the warehouse. Here you can carry out most of the operations on your publications, your files and your prices and promotions. In particular:l

• Adding a publication manually

• Adding publications by importation

• Generating publication reports

• Putting a publication online

• Searching for publications

• Protecting digital files

• Managing prices and promotions

• Managing library offers and school licences

The Dashboard section provides an overview of the status of the delivery of your publications to the points of sale as well as the importation of your files into the warehouse.
