Modifying user accounts

Changing the password

  1. Go to Profile > Users.

  2. Click on the yellow pencil icon to the right of the user name.

  3. Enter the new password in the Password field.

  4. Re-enter it in the Confirm Password field.

  5. Click on Save.

Adding or deleting a user account

Adding a user account

  1. Go to Profile > Users.

  2. Click on the + icon to the right of the role you wish to assign to the user.

  3. Fill in all the fields.

  4. Click on Save.

  5. Provide your collaborator with their username and password

Deleting a user account

  1. Go to B> Users.

  2. Drag the mouse over the name of the user account you wish to delete until a red cross appears.

  3. Click on the red cross to delete the user account .
