Changing your password

A password must be between 6 and 50 characters long.

In the Profile > Security section, you can change the password associated with your user account.

In order to change your password, you must already be logged in to Cantook Hub.

1. Go to Profile > Security

2. Enter your current password in the Password field

3. Enter your new password in New Password

4. Enter your new password a second time, in Confirm your password

5. Click on the Change Password button

The change takes effect immediately, and the new password will be required the next time you login.

Once you have changed your password, the platform will send you an email confirming that your password has been changed. If you receive such an email but have not made the change, we recommend that you reset your password.
