Distribute access codes

You don't need an email address to distribute a promotional copy of an ebook. Simply set up an access code associated with a company name, event, etc. and select Promotional copy. Note that this will be displayed in the watermark carried in the uploaded publication.

Select Distribution > Codes in the left-hand menu.

Distribute emails

The email feature allows you to personalize the message received by participants. 

1. Select from the left hand menu Distribution > Emails.

2. Click on Distribute now. The emails are then sent to the recipients.

A drop-down menu allows you to send a delivery later:

• to new participants;

• to all participants;

• reminder.
