Adding a delivery of a single publication

The following procedure allows you to send a specific publication to one or more recipients. In the platform, this is called a delivery.

1. In the navigation bar, click on Publications.

2. Locate the publication of your choice.

3. Click on it to access its product sheet.

4. In the left-hand menu, select Services > Cantook Courrier.

5. To create a new campaign, click on + Add.

6. In Parameters > General > Delivery parameters, fill in the following fields:

   • Status:

     • Free for bulk mailing of copies of a publication, at no cost to the recipient, to promote it;

     • Paid for sending an already sold publication to a target group. A sale per participant is then created. Please note that no billing information specific to Cantook Courrier will appear in the publisher reports.

   • Internal title: this is the title of your choice for the delivery itself (e.g. New Release) and not the title of the publication concerned;

   • Starts on: this date is optional; if it is not defined, the delivery will start as soon as it is saved and activated;

   • Ends on: this date is optional; if not defined, the delivery will remain active;

7. Language: Here you define the language in which you will write the delivery email.

8. Click on Save.
