Activating your user account

When you are invited to connect to Cantook Hub, you will receive an email with the subject line Activate your account.

This email contains your username: make a note of it because you will need it the next time you connect to the platform.

Click on the Log in link provided in the email to validate the email address on the account, then complete the account activation by creating a password:

1. Click on the account activation link received by email

2. Enter a password in the Password field

3. Re-enter the chosen password in the Confirm your password field

4. Click on Continue

At the end of the account activation process, you will be prompted to enable multi-factor authentication. To do so, follow the on-screen instructions, or refer to this article. Note that under certain conditions, activation of multi-factor authentication may be mandatory.
